Refund policy

If NIE Revision isn't what you needed, you can have your money back.

• Within 14 days of purchase, email alexander@alargecompany.com with your access code or your Stripe receipt, and we'll refund the full £30 — no questions asked.
• Refunds are processed by Stripe back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
• When a refund is issued, your access code deactivates automatically.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
